SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA

Standard shipping across India is as per the order placement

For Pre Paid Orders, we charge standard amount of INR 100 

For COD Orders, we charge a standard amount of INR 200 

Once you place an order, it will take 7-10 days to be delivered.

We need 1-2 days' time to provide the finishing touches and sanitization process to assure the quality of the product.

We use some of India's largest logistics companies for shipping, including Fedex. Delhivery, DHL, Aramax to name a few. 

We try our best to make sure the order reaches you at the earliest however sometimes there are uncertain and unforeseen circumstances, which can be caused due to shipping company's internal delay, weather conditions etc. But we will make sure the product will reach your doorsteps.

Please Note - During festivals, adverse weather conditions or political crises, your shipment could get further delayed. We ensure you that we will try our best to have your parcel delivered to you at the earliest.

In case of any damages in the delivery package please do not accept and return the order. If the tag has been removed, it shall not be applicable to canceled. We shall send a new order if the same product is available or we will credit the full amount in your Noorkari Account, which you can redeem from the website.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

We Ship Worldwide 

We charge a flat shipping rate of Rs 2000 ( irrespective of the number of products you have shopped ) 

Once you place an order, it will take 10-15  days to be delivered in normal circumstances. If there are any unforeseen circumstances like bad weather conditions, political crisis, a pandemic, etc It might get delayed, but we will try our level best from our end to make your product reach your doorsteps at the earliest.

We need 2-3 days' time to provide the finishing touches and sanitization process to assure the quality of the product.

Any Import duties applicable will be borne by the customer and Noorkari will not be responsible for it.

EXCHANGE POLICY

EXCHANGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. We offer exchange for an order only once.

2. We offer exchange only within 7 working days from the day of delivery received by you.

3. Exchange product should have the tag attached to it and should be in an unused and unwashed condition.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I WANT TO EXCHANGE A PRODUCT ?

1. Write and email to us at customercare@noorkari.com with the subject "EXCHANGE and your ORDER NUMER. Example Exchange of order #2280

2. Mention the reason of your exchange in the mail.

3. We do not provide reverse pickups, you have to send the product back to us in proper packaging. If the product comes back in bad condition the exchange will be nullified.

4. Once we receive the package and the quality is ensured by us.We will provide you with the full credit amount in your Noorkari Account. And you can use that credit to shop anything of your choice at your convenience.

5. The rest of the details will be shared with you over the mail accordingly.

General Instructions for Exchange Products 

The product for exchange should not be washed or worn

We shall not be deemed for exchange for any small issues such as thread underneath the reversible side. Since Chikankari embroidery threads are slightly long and are not cut too short to ensure the embroidery is protected.

The product is hand embroidered and may have slight dissimilarities that are naturally occurring due to human involvement in the process. Such minor variations of stitches/motives/threads will not be liable under an exchange policy. Every piece is unique and one of a kind made by human hands only for you, so please excuse the minor variations. Thank you for your understanding.
