EXCHANGE POLICY (DOMESTIC ORDERS)
EXCHANGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We do not have a refund policy, we only have an exchange policy.
What is the Exchange Policy?
Most of our products are eligible for exchange for domestic orders within a time limit of 7 days. There are some items which are not eligible for exchange – Customised and Made to Order Products.
We only offer refunds of amount credits in your Noorkari Account which you can use at your convenience to shop from www.noorkari.com
What is the exchange time period?
- We offer exchange only within 7 working days from the day of delivery received by you.
- 2. We offer exchange for an order only once.
How to Exchange your product?
If the customer wishes to exchange the product, she/he has to follow the steps given below –
- Confirm with our Exchange Eligibility guidelines mentioned below before proceeding with the request. If your request does not match our guidelines the request will be nullified.
- If your concern is meeting with our exchange guidelines, mail us at email@example.com with email subject as EXCHANGE and your #ORDER NUMBER. (Please note – You will receive a reply to your mail within 24-48 hours.)
- We will share the address of our warehouse where you have to ship the product back to us. If the product comes back in bad condition the exchange will be nullified.
- After a quality check and confirmation from our end, we will email you a GIFT CARD of the same amount.
How can I use my Noorkari Exchange GIFT CARD ?
- You can use the gift credit amount to purchase anything available on the website.
- There is no time limit or expiry date of credit amount.
- Once you proceed to the checkout, you have to enter the code mentioned in the gift card and the amount will be automatically deducted from your total purchase.
Exchange Eligibility Criteria
Your exchange request will be not be entertained if they fall under the conditions mentioned below. So please read our guidelines before proceeding with order.
When exchange is not accepted ?
- Exchange is not accepted due to colour difference of 10 – 15%. Colour difference might be there due to screen resolution and lighting variations.
- Exchange after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted. We do not take guarantee of the product and it is non-exchangeable and refundable
- We do not accept exchanges of used, washed, torned, ironed, altered products.
- Products Made to Order and Customised products are not applicable for exchange.
- Exchange product should have the tag attached to it and should be in an unused and unwashed condition.
- EXCHANGES ON INTERNATIONAL PRODUCTS ARE NOT APPLICABLE.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I WANT TO EXCHANGE A PRODUCT ?
- Write an email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject "EXCHANGE and your ORDER NUMER. Example Exchange of order #2280
- Mention the reason of your exchange in the mail.
- We do not provide reverse pickups, you have to send the product back to us in proper packaging. If the product comes back in bad condition the exchange will be nullified.
- Once we receive the package and the quality is ensured by us.We will provide you with the full credit amount in your Noorkari Account. And you can use that credit to shop anything of your choice at your convenience.
- The rest of the details will be shared with you over the mail accordingly.
General Instructions for Exchange Products
The product for exchange should not be washed or worn
We shall not be deemed for exchange for any small issues such as thread underneath the reversible side. Since Chikankari embroidery threads are slightly long and are not cut too short to ensure the embroidery is protected.
The product is hand embroidered and may have slight dissimilarities that are naturally occurring due to human involvement in the process. Such minor variations of stitches/motives/threads will not be liable under an exchange policy. Every piece is unique and one of a kind made by human hands only for you, so please excuse the minor variations. Thank you for your understanding.
