- The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
- The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
- Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged
- Return/Exchange request that are not raised within 10 days of receiving the product would not be accepted.
- The product would be picked in 5-7 days after the return or exchange request is approved.
- Alterations would be done only once for the blouses or customized orders, if needed. If you need any further alterations, the alteration and courier charges would have to be borne by the customer.
- Products bought during sale are non-refundable
- Jewelry, Hair Accessory, Travel Accessory, Mending Kit, Brooches, Face Masks, Handkerchiefs, Paintings, Buntings cannot be returned or exchanged
- Noorkari Garage & Relove products cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Pre-stitched sarees cannot be returned/exchanged.
- The products purchased on Deal of the Week Sale cannot be returned nor exchanged.
- Items purchased at our retail stores are eligible for returns/exchanges only at the stores. Similarly, items purchased online can only be returned/exchanged online.
- Exchange is possible for only for size variants.
- In case, if the customers return even 1 of the blouses the offer will be voided. And the customer has to pay the full price.
